1. Make an unboxing video of your order. Order number on the shipping slip and the damage on the product should be clearly visible.
2. Share the unboxing video with us via whatsapp at +919910160714. Our team will inspect the case and give you resolution at the earliest.
If the case is genuine, we will initiate the return of the damaged product and simultaneously dispatch the new order. This should happen in the 3-4 working days once you have received confirmation of exchange from our team
