    Exchange Policy

    We only exchange returns of orders in case of any size mismatch from our committed size charts or in case of any damages or issues. To be eligible for exchange, please inform us of the issue within 1 week of the order getting delivered via whatsapp or call at +919910160714 or email us at support@brokememers.com. Please note any issues reported beyond 1 week of the order getting delivered will not be entertained.

    NOTE - Customised orders are not eligible for exchange

    Damaged product
    Although each of our product is 100% quality inspected, there can be damages which happen in-transit. If you have received any damaged product, please follow the below steps to get your order exchanged -

    1. Make an unboxing video of your order. Order number on the shipping slip and the damage on the product should be clearly visible.

    2. Share the unboxing video with us via whatsapp at +919910160714 or email at support@brokememers.com. Our team will inspect the case and give you resolution at the earliest.

    If the case is genuine, we will initiate the return of the damaged product and simultaneously dispatch the new order. This should happen in the 3-4 working days once you have received confirmation of exchange from our team

    Incorrect size of product

    For all of our products, size charts are clearly provided in the description so you do not face any trouble for your ordered size. But in the rarest of cases, it can happen that the product delivered to you is not as per the size dimensions provided to you in the size chart. In that case, please do the following to get your item exchanged - 

    1. Take pictures of the product with size dimensions clearly visible. It's better to contact us via whatsapp or call at +919910160790 or email at support@brokememers.com so that we can tell you what all pictures are needed..

    2. Share the pictures with us via whatsapp at +919910160790 or email at support@brokememers.com. Our team will inspect the case and give you resolution at the earliest.

    If the case is genuine, we will initiate the return of the product and simultaneously dispatch the new order. This should happen in the 3-4 working days once you have received confirmation of exchange from our team

     

    Wrong size ordered

    Although we provide detailed size charts for you to order the right size, it may happen that the size you have ordered does not fit you. In that case you can get your product exchanged by covering to and fro shipping cost of around Rs. 150-200 in total. You get this special provision only at Broke Memers because we want you to wear and enjoy your order, rather than have it sit in your closet. So in case of exchange due to wrong size ordered, please do the following -  

    1. Contact us via whatsapp or call at +919910160714 or email at support@brokememers.com. Our team will take details of the correct size you require. so that we can tell you what all pictures are needed..

    2. Make additional payment to cover to and fro shipping cost. Our team will inform you of how to make the payment. Once this is done, our team will cross-check and initiate your exchange.

    Once the exchange has been initiated, we will arrange pickup of the order. Pleae note only when the return has reached us and our team has inspected the order to be in perfect condition, will we be able to dispatch the new order. In case we find that the returned product is not in good condition/damaged, our team will reach out to you the video of the product and let you know of the issue. 

    Once the wrong size has been returned, we will dispatch your new order within 3-4 working days.
