Shipping Policy
At Broke Memers, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. This Delivery Policy outlines important information regarding shipping, delivery times, tracking, and other related details. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery process.
SAME DAY DELIVERY:
- All prepaid orders with order value of above INR 990 are eligible for same day delivery free of cost.
- All prepaid orders with order value of below INR 990 can also be delivered same day with a delivery fee of INR 90.
- Orders need to be placed before 2 PM to be eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
- Order is delivered via direct rider service. We do not make any commitment of delivery time.
- Current same day delivery is being offered in all cities of Delhi NCR - Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad.
- Same day delivery is not available on Sundays.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
- All prepaid orders with order value of above INR 990 are eligible for express shipping.
- All prepaid orders with order value of below INR 990 can also be delivered same day with a delivery fee of INR 60.
- All orders placed via express shipping are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours.
- All express shipment orders are shipped via Air shipment (If available at your pincode).
- Dispatches do not happen on Sundays.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
- All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
- For prepaid orders above INR 350, shipping is free. For orders below INR 350, shipping is chargeable. You will see exact amount of shipping during checkout.
- If you want to opt for Cash on Delivery, INR 60 will be added to the order value.
- Estimated delivery timeline is around 7-10 working days.
NOTE:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately and share the unpacking video. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please note that Unpacking video which clearly shows shipping label is mandatory, without which we will not be able to help.
