    1. Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time may vary for certain products or during peak seasons. We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

    2. Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The shipping partner for your order will depend on various factors such as destination, weight, and shipping preferences and we reserve the right to choose the correct shipping partner as we deem suitable

    3. Shipping Costs: For prepaid orders above INR 300, shipping is free. For CoD orders/order below INR 300, shipping is chargeable. You will see exact amount of shipping during checkout. We may also offer shipping promotions from time to time, so be sure to check for any ongoing offers.

    4. Delivery Times: Delivery times will depend on your location. Typically orders around Delhi NCR are delivered in 3-4 working days whereas order from southern India/eastern India take about a week to delivered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

    7. Damaged or Lost Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately and share the unpacking video We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please note that Unpacking video which clearly shows shipping label is mandatory, without which we will not be able to help
