Shipping Policy

At Broke Memers, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. This Delivery Policy outlines important information regarding shipping, delivery times, tracking, and other related details. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery process.

 

SAME DAY DELIVERY: ( If opted while placing the order )

  1. All prepaid orders with order value of above INR 990 are eligible for same day delivery free of cost.
  2. All prepaid orders with order value of below INR 990 can also be delivered same day with a delivery fee of INR 90.
  3. Orders need to be placed before 2 PM to be eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
  4. Order is delivered via direct rider service. We do not make any commitment of delivery time. 
  5. Current same day delivery is being offered in eligible regions of Delhi NCR - Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad
  6. Same day delivery is NOT available on Weekends.
  7. Stock delays, festivals off, logistical or operational challenges may cause some delays in above mentioned timelines. Our team will inform you in case of any delays.

 

Priority Shipping - All over India:

  1. Order dispatch timing is minimum 5 working days
  2. All orders are shipped via Air shipment (If available at your pincode).
  3. Dispatches do not happen on weekends.
  4. In case Air Shipment is not available at your pincode, we will ship the parcel via Surface Delivery. This may lead to longer delivery timeline.
  5. Stock delays, festivals off, logistical or operational challenges may cause some delays in above mentioned timelines. Our team will inform you in case of any delays.



NOTE:

  1. In case of priority shipping orders, once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message and an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.   2. Tracking link for same day delivery orders is NOT available. They are shipped via direct rider services like Uncle Delivery, Porter etc.
  3. In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

  4. Damaged or Lost Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately and share the unpacking video. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please note that Unpacking video which clearly shows shipping label is mandatory, without which we will not be able to help.
