6-HOUR DELIVERY:
- BM is India's first fashion brand to offer delivery within hours.
- All prepaid orders with order value of above INR 990 are eligible for same day delivery free of cost
- All prepaid orders with order value of below INR 990 can also be delivered same day with a delivery fee of INR 90
- Orders can be customised as well as direct to website
- Orders need to be placed before 2 PM to be eligible for same day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day
- Current same day delivery is being offered in all cities of Delhi NCR - Delhi, Ghaziabad, Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad
STANDARD SHIPPING:

Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees among others to deliver your orders safely and efficiently.

Shipping Costs: For prepaid orders above INR 350, shipping is free. For CoD orders/order below INR 350, shipping is chargeable. You will see exact amount of shipping during checkout.

Delivery Times: Delivery times will depend on your location. Typically orders around Delhi NCR are delivered in 3-4 working days whereas order from southern India/eastern India take about a week to delivered.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Undelivered Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or any other reason beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.

Damaged or Lost Packages: We take utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. However, if you receive a damaged package or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately and share the unpacking video. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome. Please note that Unpacking video which clearly shows shipping label is mandatory, without which we will not be able to help
