At BM we allow exchanges for sizes given the conditions mentioned below are met. To be eligible for exchange, please inform us of the issue within 1 week of the order getting delivered via whatsapp at +919910160714. Please note any issues reported beyond 1 week of the order getting delivered will not be entertained.
Although we provide detailed size charts for you to order the right size, it may happen that the size you ordered does not fit you. In that case, you can get your product exchanged by covering the to and fro shipping cost of Rs. 95. In case of an order of multiple products, INR 95 is chargeable per product. This special provision is offered only at Broke Memers because we want you to wear and enjoy your order, rather than have it sit in your closet. So, in case of an exchange due to the wrong size ordered, please do the following:
Contact us via WhatsApp at +919910160714. Our team will take the details of the correct size you require and inform you about the pictures needed for verification.
Make the additional payment to cover the shipping cost. Our team will guide you on how to make this payment. Once done, we will cross-check and initiate your exchange.
Once the exchange is initiated, we will arrange a pickup of the order. As soon as the return order is picked up, we will dispatch your new order.
Your new order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after the return pickup.
NOTE -
Limited Edition, Customised and made to order products are not eligible for exchange/return/replacement.
In case return pickup service is not available from your pincode, you will be required to ship the product to our office address. In that case you will be charged INR 45 as the exchange fees. We will ship the exchange order once the return has been received at our office and our team examines it to be in original condition with tags intact. In case the product is not found in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse reshipment

- Tumble dry low or air dry in shade (recommended)
- Iron inside out on low to medium heat; avoid ironing directly on the print
