    Order and Payment

    How to place an order?

    To place your order, follow these steps :

    • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size, if applicable. You can check out our size chart for reference.
    • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
    • After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
    • Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.

    How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

    • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email  with details of your order and your order ID.
    • You’ll receive another email & SMS/ Wahtsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive!

    How do I check the status of my order?

    To find out when your order is arriving, just drop us a message/whatsapp text at +919910160790 or you can email us at 3brokememers@gmail.com. We'll revert back to you with the order status/tracking ID within the next few hours.

    Why can’t I see the COD option?

    If the COD option is not showing, it’s because your cart value is less than INR 200 or greater than INR 2,000. Please bring the cart value to between INR 200 and INR 2,000 to have the CoD option visible on checkout page. 

    I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

    Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

    I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible?

    Please reach out to us as soon as your order is placed. If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at 3brokememers@gmail.com and/or whatsapp us on +919910160790 within 12 hours of placing the order so that we can add it before the order is shipped.

    How do I cancel the order I have placed?

    Email us on 3brokememers@gmail.com and/or whatsapp us at +919910160790 with details of the order you want to cancel. Please note that you can only cancel an order before it has been shipped, so we suggest sending any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing the order.

    What should I do if my payment fails?

    In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

    • Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
    • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at 3brokememers@gmail.com.

    Do you take bulk orders/ customise products?

    Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order and design details at 3brokememers@gmail.com. We’ll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order

    Shipping and Tracking

    How can I track my order?

    To track your order, please login here and check the order details - Order History

    When you login you can see the details of the order you placed along with the tracking link. In case you are not able to see, please whatsapp to +919910160790 and we will share the tracking link with you

     

    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    Orders, once shipped, are typically delivered in 2-4 business days in metros, and 4-7 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

    Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

    Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! Do reach out to us by emailing at 3brokememers@gmail.com or sending us a whatsapp message at +919910160790 and we'll try our best to help you out.

    Returns and Refunds

    What are the terms of the Return Policy?

    • We do not have any return policy at Broke Memers. In case of any defect/size issue, we can replace the delivered item provided it qualifies for exchange based on the below Terms and Conditions.
    • We only exchange returns of orders in case of any size mismatch from our committed size charts or in case of any damages or issues. To be eligible for exchange, please inform us of the issue within 1 week of the order getting delivered via whatsapp or call at +919910160790 or email us at support@brokememers.com. Please note any issues reported beyond 1 week of the order getting delivered will not be entertained.

    My return request is approved. When will the product be picked up?

    Once we receive this request, someone from the courier partner's team will arrive at the address for a pickup within 2 business days. Please ensure the product(s) and the tags are intact on the product(s) for it to be accepted by the courier company.

    Where should I self-ship the Returns?

    In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

    Broke Memers Office, Shop No. 1, 2nd floor, SHD Complex, Near Hanuman Mandir, Sector-49, Shatabdi Enclave, Noida - 2-13-5

    Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

    I wish to exchange the product.

    We only exchange returns of orders in case of any size mismatch from our committed size charts or in case of any damages or issues. Please note any issues reported beyond 1 week of the order getting delivered will not be entertained.

    Wrong size ordered

    Although we provide detailed size charts for you to order the right size, it may happen that the size you have ordered does not fit you. In that case you can get your product exchanged by covering to and fro shipping cost of around Rs. 100-150 in total. You get this special provision only at Broke Memers because we want you to wear and enjoy your order, rather than have it sit in your closet. So in case of exchange due to wrong size ordered, please do the following -  

    1. Contact us via whatsapp or call at +919910160790 or email at support@brokememers.com. Our team will take details of the correct size you require. so that we can tell you what all pictures are needed..

    2. Make additional payment to cover to and fro shipping cost. Our team will inform you of how to make the payment. Once this is done, our team will cross-check and initiate your exchange.

    Once the exchange has been initiated, we will arrange pickup of the order. Pleae note only when the return has reached us and our team has inspected the order to be in perfect condition, will we be able to dispatch the new order. In case we find that the returned product is not in good condition/damaged, our team will reach out to you the video of the product and let you know of the issue. 

    Once the wrong size has been returned, we will dispatch your new order within 3-4 working days.

    My product has been picked up but I have not got my exchange yet.
